What file formats are included with my purchase?
We provide all major machine embroidery formats including PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, and XXX to ensure compatibility with your specific machine.
How do I download my designs after purchasing?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your library at any time by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Downloads' section.
Are these designs suitable for commercial use?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use these designs on physical items that you sell. However, the digital files themselves cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed.
What happens if a design doesn't stitch out correctly?
We test every design for quality. If you experience issues, please ensure you are using the correct stabilizer and tension settings. Our support team is available to help troubleshoot any stitching concerns.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the digital nature of embroidery files, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you accidentally purchase a duplicate design or a corrupted file, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
Can I resize the designs?
While you can resize designs using your own software, we do not recommend scaling more than 10-15% as it may affect stitch density and overall quality.
